Tren E 2x/wk or ED?

I often see posts about Tren E questions but the answers are usaully to switch to Tren A, inject 75mg ed for less sides, clears faster if sides develope etc. I am interseted in Tren E also but after reading diff posts. I am alittle confused on how to dose it. I thought Tren E could be dosed twice per week, so for 500 mg I would do 250 mg on Mon and Thurs. Is this not the corrrect way? When I do find info on Tren E it seems as if sometimes it should be injected ED. or am I misreading. Should I do Tren E at 250 mg on Mon and Thurs. or divide the 500 mg up into daily inj. like one would use for Tren A. Any help would be very welcome for I am very confused now. Thanks in advance

Tren e can be done 2x a week and ace is best done ed.
