hmmmm hg brings up a good point.... for those of you who smoke and those of you that have gotten the tren cough is it basically the same thing?? I've taken hits that had me cough so hard I'd start a sweat and cough for like 5 minutes!! has to be REALLY potent green though! there's an oily feeling in your lungs that you just can't shake and can't get a full breath and when you try you just have deep hard coughs!!
how similar are the two for those of you who have exp'd both??

With good green it's more like you can't get a full breath in, like your lungs just won't let you fill them all the way, or even partially w/o coughing it right out. Tren. A. is more like a burning itchy sensation from within you that affects your throat and lungs, and causes you to cough. You can still breath, but it burns n' itches. With green you have to work @ getting a breath. Good green is prolly a lil harsher if you try n' play super man when you hit it.

There was a thread a while ago that recommended shooting tren into the quad with an insulin needle. Reason being it supposedly didn't give you the cough and for ed injections using an insulin was painless and didn't create as much scar tissue. If I can find it I will throw the link in here.
I got Tren cough once. Then I got a lesson on how to inject.
1. aspirate.
2. aspirate again, BE SURE.
3. inject very s l o w l y. Like .75mg in 30 seconds.
Sometimes I get a little tingle in my throat but that's it.

I got it 1 time, and almost shot it in my quads all the time except when mixing with other oils to give quads a break. 1st and only time wasnt until 6th week of tren ace. it sucked but went away pretty quick. make sure you aspirate b4 and if really concerned, half way thru shot in case you wiggle and nick a vein in the process which possible could happen
