Yes I know its my first post but I finally really need advice on this stuff ive been browsing for awhile... Would these 2 be ok to run with eachother??
My goal is size and strength im 5-10 180lbs and have been working out seriously for 2 years now. and I just want alittle jump!! If these are ok to run together what would the cycle look like?? Thanks for the help!!!
