I was always under the assumption that Tren increased the thyroid. Now I'm reading that Tren lowers the thyroid. How so????
macrophage69alpha said:there is no conclusive evidence that tren lower thyroid, though some progestins have been found to lower TSH. and Stanzolol has been found to reduce thryoid binding globulin (though with no changes on free thyroid- though lower total t4/t3)
Ulter said:Anthony is wrong, again. I need to write a book on aerospace engineering because then I'll be an expert on it.
Again, the thyroid is regulated by body temp and blood volume. Tren does not lower either. So it's not likely to affect T3/T4 is it?

Ulter said:Tren is not progesterone.
Carth said:Progestin
macrophage69alpha said:therein lies the differential. Think of it this way, tren is to progesterone as tamoxifen or clomifen is to estrogen because it has mixed agonist antagonist activity. Also keeping in mind that there is the non-genomic binding factor.
Carth said:I read somewhere earlier today that it would be a good idea to take natural progesterone ( creams ) with progestin to counterbalance the sides of progestin use. True or false?
