Tren acetate schedule status

Does anybody know the current scheduling of tren acetate. I know a couple of years ago it would only be scheduled if it was intended for human consumption. Is that the case now??? If not what was the date of the scheduling.

Also, if any attny's have any info about the ability of the feds to prosecute someone who was caught with this substance, since the line at one time was so thin, reguarding this substance. btw it was a year ago when they confiscated his shipment.
