iI have heard the treated pine will warp but the fencing dude said he would use a third runner. The price is that same but they are out of spruce right now. It is worth waiting on or not?

Just finished pricing lumber (I'm building a playhouse).
Pine was running about 15-20% less than spruce.
Sounds like he's trying to pocket some extra cash.

I know I know but I don't but I just bought the lot next to me so I am just making a new fence to make my backyard bigger. So if I ever need money I will need to sell the lot hence tearing the fence down.
