Traumeel--the joint pain cream also comes in a sub Q injection form. Has anyone tried this? I just ordered some and want to see if it helps my shoulder any.

yes I have and it works. but its temporary relief and your problem will come back unless you be careful..
its extremely painful though.. some acupuncturists will inject it for you, ask around. i dunno if you will be able to do it on your own cause its repeated injections. i had 12 injections done on my legs and it was excuriating pain but i was able to run my 5K afterwards and then my problem returned cause i didn't back off.
here is what i want you to try though.. some gyms have this.. infrared sauna's. (not the regular sauna) go in there after your workout and when you start sweating wait another 15 minutes.. it is great at feeding your body with the same great things in the sun, but without the harmful UV's. it will extract toxins and help with tendons.
give it a shot before you put yourself through torture of traumeel shots.
they injected it where the pain was.. there were 6 spots on both legs that hurt.. they went in those spots. not sure whether it was into muscle or fat.. I was on my back and had my eyes closed the whole time lol.
