Goddamn it people...................are you doing all these sites in hoping to bring them up from lagging or are you just alternating between sites as you got 5 or more shots a week.
Its like...........you wont get any bigger with a trap shot than you would with a glute or quad shot. What's up with that. I think shooting anywhere else other than glutes, quads or delts is nuts.
When i think about trap or lats shot my toes start curling. What is the benefit of those, i mean c'mon really, are you going to see that much difference, i just say that the muscle thats is lagging should get a bit harder and from a different approach, not just stick a needle in it and it will grow...
