Bros and gals,

Been lurking here for a week or so. I used to be on the mass monsters board for two years since the beginning. Not sure if you know of it. When everyone left "fitness board" (the old Jeff Summers board) that one was created. Well ,it has gone to shit. So I found this site in a google search looking for a new board with some educated members. Seems like I have found it here? I am still learning myself. So it's nice to be in a place with lots of knowledgeable people. So if I ask dumb questions, don't shoot me. AS are new to me. Have done numerous sup stacks. But ready now to venture over.

NO, NO, NO I don't need sources. If I implied that. I apologize. I just mean I am here to get educated on the pros/ cons of AS use. What works well and what does not. I am researching not asking for sources. Again, sorry if that is what you got from my post. I wouldn't buy that stuff from someone I don't know personally. I am a little dumb, but I ain't that dumb.

You can't go trash a board and not expect to catch some flack for it. As for me being banned, wtf? I never dissed this board, I said, "So I was over at Elite Fitness (I know, please don't hold it against me) when...". It was a joke, because a lot of boards such as MM and AR aren't so EF friendly. Almost like a little board rivalry. There is a big different in what I wrote, and someone saying "its gone to shit" like you did. And just so everyone knows, as I recently found out, Maxpain was banned from MM, which I guess is why he'd make some comments like he did.

The REASON maxpain was banned is because FLEX101 and his other colored buddies were EMBARRASED by me. And that's the ONLY reason. He threw trash and it got thrown back at him and his EGO could not handle it. A case of I can dish it out but I cannot take it. So since he is mod. He felt the need to ban me. So he would NOT be embarrased again. His EGO could not handle it. PLAIN AND SIMPLE !!!
