transaporting HGH

I have been told that HGH is very unstable and has to be kept in the fridge at all times so how does this affect the way it is transported/ shipped from one country to the next?

when it is shipped it generally comes in a powder form with saline solution for you to mix it. It has to be refrigirated after it is mixed.
