Training with food no juice?

Im juice free also. 9 years of straight high volume/ high intensity training, trying to eat as much as possible. Stats are in my signature below. Welcome to the boards!!!
 
I'm natural and I have been complimented by those who ask me if I had been on a cycle.

Food is arguably the most anabolic thing out there. Seriously.

very true, I found out the hard way last year. I ran a pretty heavy cycle, but couldnt eat enough as I had something wrong with my stomach, and as a result I gained absolutely nothing
 
Great gains can be made naturally. I weighed 180 at the time I started thinking of doing a show and after 2.5 years of training and eating like a BEAST I was up to 230 natural. Then I hit my cycle and got even more gains. Its all in how you eat :)

Well the biggest part off me is my head and it needs to be big to get all my greatness into it. But after todays work out it wouldn't be long till my head is the size off a pea, relative to my body.

I'll give the juice a miss cause I can see the gain already no need to fix what isn't broken.

Does any one start juice the day they start training?
 
First 5 years at least without juice IMO.. but the older you are when you start the harder it'll be to make gains, also don't forget that if you're genetically average then you won't be mimicing some of the incredible progress of some of the top guys so don't let that get you down
