training right after coming off AS?

Any modifications I should make , now that I'm officially off (whaaaaaaaaa!). I used to go 4-5 times a week to the gym, but I think I'll be overtraining if I do that now. I was on a 14 week cycle (prop/eq/fina).

You will most likely have to cut back on you sets and intensity.I'm on my second week of post therapy, and I have had pretty good results so far.You just gotta remember your not on gear anymore.:bawling: At least not for long:D

GET LOTS OF CLEN-(SPIROPENT'S MY FAV)
RUN THE CLEN 2 WEEKS ON 2 OFF FOR HOWEVER MANY WEEKS UNTIL YOUR NEXT CYCLE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY...
CLEN KEEPS ME PUMPED AND VASCULAR AND HELPS ME CONTROL MY APPETITE...OTHERS MAY DISAGREE BUT CLEN IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE FOR POST CYCLE..
 
I have actually used clen post cycle and it worked pretty good... I maintained the "look". Of course, I'd like to stay on year round... but, my liver keeps begging me for a breather... ;)

high intensity training is ideal for post cycle, keep workouts breaf, cut the frequency down, use compund movements instead of isolations
 
For Crusher and all others who use clen post cycle... what dose do you use? Do you just taper up until you start getting sides, or use a lower dose for this purpose?
