Alright I just got a bottle of Trac Creatine....on the back it says to take one serving which is 16 grams a day....how many teaspoons is 16 grams?

Dude, I have the bottle right here and it says exactly this:

Serving size: 16 grams (approx. 1 heaping tablespoon)

Maybe you have an older bottle and it doesn't say that though. A level teaspoon is 5 grams. And I know you didn't ask, but I think Swole by Syntrax is a much better product.

y does other Creatine's say 5 grams and this one is 16?

The reason TRAC says 16g instead of 5gs is because TRAC is more thn creatine. TRAC also contains L-Arginine, NADH and dextrose, sucralose, folic acid and a bunch of other stuff.
