Ok so I have myself a dilemma. I'm currently cutting down naturally before I do any cycle (again). I plan to cycle starting May 1 as long as I'm down to at least 15% BF. Currently im 197 and 17% barely 5'6" squat bench and DL 500 330 and 550 respectively. My ultimate goal is to get big and stay big (210-220 pounds) while maintaining BF between 12% and 15%. I have Anavar, Dbol and test in large quantities. I have also have arimidex, clomid, nolva, and hCG at hand. Once my BF is below 15% should I try and use test and anavar to hold muscle and try to shred down as much as possible and do a serious bulk after, or would it be more beneficial to stop around 13%, 14% and do a very clean regimented bulk with Dbol and test. Looking for any input as I try and plan my next cycle.
 
I'd personally try to get the bf down as low as possible than hit a dbol/test clean bulk to reach your goals of 210+ lbs. Get big and be super cut at the same time.

cut down to 10-11% and run test 500mg/week for 12 and dbol 30mg/ed for 4 weeks and eat like a horse....sounds to me like youre more concerened with size than anything....

I like this for a pct tho

I'd personally try to get the bf down as low as possible than hit a dbol/test clean bulk to reach your goals of 210+ lbs. Get big and be super cut at the same time.

my only concern is getting too fat. building mass is not an issue for me. keeping fat off is as I get older... I think If i keep calories in check I'll be just fine. 500 mg of test and 30 mg of dbol a day eat every 2 hours 50% carbs 30% protein 20%fat and cardio 20 mintues of cardio post lifting should do it I think. I plan to run adex 0.25 ed while on cycle to combat sides that I started getting about week 6 last cycle. I'm going to run hcg 500 a week split in 2 doses of 250 starting at week 4 and run it up until the end. 10 weeks total I think. Dbol for the first 5 weeks. dex Hcg, and lots of, food and rest for pct.

Def more concerned with size I just wanna keep BF to a min. Having no experience with PC/unleashed and forma I don't want to risk my gains on it. Any research to back it up... had some odd side effects from clomid too, but I have some anyway. I was thinking dex for for 2 weeks pct with HCG and letting diet and rest do it's thing. I believe in less is more approach and the body WILL recover on its own.

if youre worried about putting on fat switch your macros around to something like this 40/30/30 p/c/f and do your cardio fasted in the morning 3x/week

I might try that. I don't grow well on low carb at all, but maybe a slightly more modest approach is in order. I'll just keep sugars to a minimum. Currently on this cut I'm taking in less than 50 grams of sugar a day and 25-30 grams comes post workout.

You're body will eventually recover on its own, yes... But at what cost? Losing your gains. Why run a cycle, especially test/dbol without a pct? You will lose most if not all of it.

There is absolutely no reason to not run natty OTC test boosters during pct. Unleashed is an amazing supplement and the best test booster I've ever used and it's very inexpensive. At very minimum run Unleashed with a low dose of clomid like 25mg a day and HCG, you should experience no sides.

It would be extremely unwise to not run a pct.

It's not that I plan on doing NO PCT. I just want to keep all drugs to a minimum. I'll look into the OTC test boosters, but I can't see how something that causes a boost in test to not have a rebound effect or at least cause your body to return to baseline after you stop. I don't plan on using a supplement the entire time I'm between cycles. I'd like to allow my body to return to baseline post cycle. If there are adequate calories and stimulus to muscle, even after a supressive cycle, the body will continue to hold that muscle for a very long time. I believe most people lose gains post cycle because they stop training hard and reduce their caloric intake. After my first cycle I kept over 25 pounds and I did minimal pct with hcg and clomid only.
 
Your planned cycle looks good, don't throw it all away by purposely choosing not to run a pct.

It totally agree that pct is imporant and I appreciate your concern. I'm just trying to figure out what's best for my body. Have you had any personal experience with OTC supps? I've tried cellucor p6 in the past and actually used it on its own. I went from 200-205 with no other changes in diet training or habit and my bench went from 315 for 2 to 315 for 8 in about 3 weeks.

if youre eating enough that's still a good amount of carbs.....if you cut down to 190 i'd start a 4k calories and raise as needed, at those macros thats still 300g of carbs a day. If thats you in the avi then you don't look like a hard gainer or someone that would really benefit by eating 50% of your intake on carbs. the last thing you wanna do is diet down to start your cycle and end up back were you started beore with your bf.....try n2slin, 2 caps 30min before meals with large amounts of carbs 50g+ and this will make a significant difference

that's my avi from about 2 years ago. I'm about 210 in that pic 20-21% bf. I'm 197 -198 now at 17% I'd like to cut 5-7% more before i start. I'm not really a hardgainer now at 26, highschool was a different story.

yeah def at least do some am fasted cardio, i'll never drop cardio again bulking or not. I'm more worried about the mirror than the scale nowadays

Start the cycle at 12% bodyfat. If done right, your size should significantly increase while maybe losing 1% bodyfat or at least appearing leanerl

Hm I never thought about combing the anavar in there. Run the anavar for the last few weeks and start pct When? still 2 weeks after the test?
