This is my fourth day. The first 3 I hit 400mgs/day, and got pretty hot & sweaty, but only while lifting. I was going to go with just that dose(400mgs/day) until they run out, but while counting the caps today, I found I had one more than I thought I did. So today I decided to at least try them at 600mgs/day one time. I am sitting here right now with the a/c bangin. I have a towell around my neck, my hair & face are soaked in sweat. I'm waiting on my 3rd shower since I took the DNP caps at around 3:00PM EST today. I suppose this is "Inferno Stage" that I hear so much about. I am going back to 400 tomorrow for the remainder of the cycle though. Can't take this heat, and I think my landlord is pissed that I have had my AC running non-stop since Monday. He pays the electric ya see.
