To answer the question, any platinum member can be banned at any time. If they violate the TOS and the rules of the board, it doesn't matter if they pay or not. They can be banned, and their credit cards will not be billed in the future. Platinum members have to play by the rules just like everyone else.

No tuc , not u , u have shown urself to be a decent member and a likeable soul. But I dont like folks ganging up on members and there is a lot of that recently both on this thread and on this board in general. I understand that there are often valid reasons for banning members and I have no issue with that. I hate harking back to the past all the time but this board had more camarederie in the past , flaming was generally confined to the two parties concerned - the Fonz and Puc flame feud comes to mind as does the Fonz and babydoc. I'll admit that I did a little bit myself but it was all lighthearted stuff and not extended over several weeks like I'm seeing now. This feels like a classic BikiniMom post already so I'll end with her line "GROW THE FUCK UP!"
