does anybody agree that maintence calories are generally set to high.Im 215 5'10 i still need to loose 20-30 lbs but according to the charts my maintence should be around 2800-3000+.Now ive lost 45 lbs on the atkins diet eating around 1500 per day and still kept most of the muscle i had.If i were to eat 2800-3000 calories per day id gain some serious fat i know becaouse ive done it any body agree that maintence calories are set way to high in some charts???????
