LOL, my mom called me on the way home from work and told me about that. My sister had soccer practice but came home because it got cancelled due to the rain.

My mom's main (half joking) concern was that we're doing a lot of landscaping changes outside the front of the house (completely redoing the driveway, front walk, etc.) and she had a pole put up today and was like, 'Oh no, it's going to blow over!' LOL

DOPPLER RADAR IS SHOWING A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER
LAKE HURON MOVING EASTWARD TO HIT THE SHORELINE AROUND 6:30 PM. ONE
VERY INTENSE STORM WILL REACH THE KETTLE POINT TO GRAND BEND AREA AT
6:30 PM. DAMAGING WINDS ARE VERY LIKELY WITH THIS LINE OF STORMS.

RADAR IS ALSO SHOWING AN AREA OF INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS FROM
COLLINGWOOD TO BARRIE AND ANOTHER AREA NEAR LONDON. A VERY INTENSE
STORM JUST NORTH OF TORONTO WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO RICHMOND HILL.
STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEASTWARD AT 70 KM/H. LARGE HAIL DAMAGING
WINDS AND HEAVY RAINS ARE LIKELY WITH THESE STORMS. A TORNADO IS
POSSIBLE ALSO.

THIS IS A WARNING THAT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ARE IMMINENT OR OCCURRING
IN THESE REGIONS. REMEMBER SOME SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE
TORNADOES..LISTEN FOR UPDATED WARNINGS. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ONTARIO
RECOMMENDS TAKING COVER IMMEDIATELY WHEN THREATENING WEATHER

Just had some weird weather. Still raining heavy, but for 10 min or so there was lightning that sounded like artillery. Couldn't see flash, but there was a cyclical booming between 5 - 20 sec, increasing & abating in frequency.

LOL I told ya bad shit follows me around lately!!

That was a wicked storm, I am getting ready to go the gym and my Aunt tells me there are Tornado warnings, I say "nah it don't look that dark out".

I proceed to walk to the gym, get about a half mile then HOLY FUCK!!! It got wicked scary in the sky and the rain was going straight sideways, trees bending in half, luckily I am a fat fuck right now or I would have been blown away!!!

P.S. I miss the heat, its too cool today!!!!
