Anyway, #1 Yohimburn doesn't get you wired at ALL! I used it 30 mins before bed and slept like a baby.
It works but only if you do the cardio/diet right too.

#2, don't have a clue b/c I thought that was for women and cellulite.

crushing primo tabs and rubing on problem areas was from the war book also dan duchaine recammended it as well. primo tabs
are no alpha alculated like d-bol so most ot it gets desroyed by the liver during first pass. by rubing it on bypasses this problem.
