Tool - Vicarious (new single)

Second time listening and it's not bad. A bit catchier but there's a lot going on sonically. There's a neat part around the four minute mark that has a nice Meshuggah feel to it. Glad to see that as a growing influence. All in all, no real surprises, it sounds like Tool. It's not exactly a step foward, but it's not a step back either.

I'd say this is better than the singles off Lateralus, plus it's a ton better than Maynard's recent stuff (two bad APC albums, assorted boring side work).

Give me your review of Rachel Stevens' Come And Get It album. My niece bought it and what I've heard of it it's 100 times better than I would have expected. It would be interesting to see your review of that kind of electric pop music.

Yes, she's hot and it's the reason I didn't expect much of her music, but it sounds good. Probably would be a huge hit in Europe if performed by Kylie Minogue.
