Apparently.. I need to spread the love more. I usually give it to people who make an educated point, have sick avatar that makes me naturally produce more test or make me laugh my ass off. I guess its the same people over and over...

I think it's in the 10-15 range of people you can hit in 24hrs, but could be wrong.
