I have read up on all of the benefits of garlic which include natural antibiotic and anti-oxidant properties. I have made garlic a large part of my daily diet. I take one full head of garlic. I separate and clean all of the cloves. I crush them finely, and I swallow it all in one shot.
Is this too much garlic? Or am I doing the healthy thing by consuming a good dose of garlic. No flames please. Karma to all.
