too many amino acids

i take those amino acid tablets by ON. it says to take one a few times a day but im takin like 25 a day. i figure the more amino acids the better for recovery. is there a downsided to taking to much aminos in one day or one serving? i figure they can only help recovery the more you take.

I honestly can say I'm not sure of the limit on a supplement such as that, but take everything in moderation..it won't make you any swoler than a good diet and lifting regime.

You take 25*2222mg =55550 a day,thats too much,if you re normal size u need about the half,also there is a limit for every amino acid we take,all the forms are balanced.

If you have a headache do you take 25 paracetamol - No, you'd follow the instructions on the packet, simple as. Why do people always assume more is better!?

i take more to keep more amino acids in my body throughout the entire day. it seems its helping me heal to be honest.
 
Yes, there is such a think at "too much" for many of the amino acids.

Check that link above and see the OVERDOSING section for each one as to what they can mess up..
