is tom venutos ebook burn the fat feed the muscle (or feed the muscle burn the fat-- cant remember) worth it?
im already on a diet thats workin great, just looking to further my "knowlege" thx

Damn good book. Don't know how much it costs as I used an "alternative source" to acquire my copy. But it is definitely worth the read.
