this year was sad... last year i was in awe and disbelief... last year was shock...

today, driving to the gym i put on some pearl jam... started getting into it and then emotions just took over... very sad day.

i was disappointed in our media... i know we cannot let this go without facing it, but man... let the nation heal up a little more... it's not that "im sick of" hearing about it, it fucking hurts...

also, last year i think i wasnt "sad" because of the hatred so many ignorant americans spat out... just check this boards archives.. "nuke the towel heads" and shit like that...

the emotions are not running as high (anger wise) toward arabic people... or so it seems.

Today was going to be sad, no matter how much the networks covered it. It hurts me to see the same pictures over and over, I can't imagine how the people in NY and D.C. must feel, much less the families of those killed.

i understand covering it and having a special on it... but we also need some time away from it. i mean, i turned off my tv and it was on my radio.. i went to the gym and it was on their tv and radio...
