To Polish Hammer77:

We need to get the Hammer to eat at a buffet at least every other day.

Also two large pizzas a week, bags of burgers, and mounds of tacos.

Never ever forget pizza, chinese food, mexican, and steaks. . .

thank you. I promise that I will be losing all of my low bf%ness and entering a new realm of being.

My intercostals are dissapearing by the day. It really is amazing how much stronger I am @ 240-250 and fatter. I wonder what it's gonna be like when I am 265????

im sitting here reading this while sipping an post workout mrp and a banana. cant wait til i get down to 170 so i can attempt to eat like that.
 
My buddy from Bulgaria follows similar training methods as I. He is 5'9" and 248lbs of natural beef. The man is a genetic freak. . he is actually considering eating everything possible to hit 285lbs.

His eating is no where compared to mine. . but he still grows.

You know what fuck it. . I am staying up until 3 AM just so I can consume another meal :).

Don't get me wrong. . its a great idea, but for me to remember everything I ate might be difficult. . especially If I visit the buffet on a regular basis.

I have to be honest. . . .B Folds thread gave me motivation to eat more. B Folds a beast and he got there from hard work and big eating.

Right now, I am finishing up a thesis and sending out a number of resumes to Colorado (4 resumes floating around the front range area).

If I can generate the funds. . its highly possible in the future.

What was for breakfast?

I had:

2 egg and cheese sandwiches (4 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 eggs, and 2 slices of American cheese)

2 servings of Malt O Meal

2 cup of orange juice

2 cups of milk.


I will be visiting the chinese buffet this afternoon.

Nice Polish, nice. Hell I wish I could get that heavy. I am 5'8 232 right now and trying to get to 240-245 by the end of the month. How tall are you?

BTW - I like all the food ideas, bout what I am eating, LOL. Hell I eat about 7-8 times a day.

I am anywhere between 6'-3"and 6'-4". I figure there is only one way to eat and grow and its the right way. :)

@ 245 it wold be a tremendous site.

Its one of my most favorite foods for putting on extra lbs. I love the carbs, proteins, and fats.

I love it. Tomorrow I will begoinghead on with an everything pizza I have in my freezer from the price club. It is definitely heavier than any hand tossed pizza I have ever ate lol.

If I decide to regular hand tossed than you can easily count me in for 8 slices.

LOL, I think I am small. :) Too me, a guy like Ranger is big. I met him in Vegas and I felt like a non muscular midget.

Your right on the growing of course. You got to force eat. I do it everyday when I am bulking. Uggh. I am actually looking forward to cutting. Good luck my man. :)
