To long between injection days for this gear?

Just would like to know if it would be ok to inject durabolin(nandrolone phentylpropionate) on mon(200mg) and on thu(200mg) and then mon and thu again and so on or If U think the gap between thu and mon would be to long using this gear..? It's supposed to have a half life of somewhere between 3-4 days, right? Rather not inject 3 times per week, I have 200mg/ml..Thanks
