I had a question for you all real quick about a CKD... I will be following a CKD with my Titan Training.. however I have modified the original Titan Training from a 7-Day cycle to an 8-Day cycle, because I need the rest with lower calories etc. I was wondering what I should do about a CKD while on an 8-Day training cycle. I am going to obviously switch the CKD to 8-Days instead of 7. I am going to follow Mr .X's CKD Training Manual to a T and the following is what he recommends.
1-> 85%fat/15%protein--BMR-5%
2-> 75%fat/25%protein--BMR-10%
3-> 65%fat/35%protein--BMR-15%
4-> 70%fat/30%protein--BMR
5-> 70%fat/30%protein--BMR-10%
6-> 65%fat/35%protein--BMR-15%
Day-7-> (CARB-UP) BMR+30%
Well if I am doing an 8-Day cycle I will obviously use the carb up on Day 8 but I cant figure out where the put in the other day... help me out guys!

Mr .X I need ya bro!! :D:D

You can use the ratios for day 6 on day 7 and use the day 7 carb up on day 8. Or, you can try to have ALL-Protein on day 7=only high-lean protein/low-fat/low-carb
and of-course, have the carb-up on day 8. See which method seems to be the most feasible for you. You can try either, for both of them worked very effeciently for me when I did Titan Training...

To tell you the truth: It worked like crap. It didn't do anything for me, because I am not a powerlifter and my body doesn't respond great to Titan Training. Therefore, I usually use other training methods. Hit Training is a pretty good one, although I consider it a bit hyped up, it still works.

Remember, just because it didn't work for me, doesn't mean it will not work for you. Try it, it might work wonders for your body.
