To Fat to Bulk up ?

I recently was looking through members before and after pics. I noticed a guy sayin he was 16% body fat and then down to like 10 or 12%. Well I'm 5'11 and weigh about 220 just came off my first cycle of deca only. Been off now a month i was'nt too happy with the results but it was deca only. I never saw any of the side effects sexual ones either excpet maybe I wanted more,anyways I was going to do deca or eq next with dbol I had thought about running test with it but I need to know more about it. I want to get that huge ripped look I don't want to be a big guy caring water weight like a rino and dropping weight like crazy when I'm off no ripped looked just puffy water weight. Should I run a mass cycle or do I need to clean up my bodyweight first. I did'nt think I was fat but some of these picks I see I must have a high bf %. I want hard clean gains but I will admit I want them as quick as I can get them. This may sound weird but I'm going to Jamaica in March and want to blow up and look the best i can. I gained like 15lbs but kept ten on the deca only cycle which is'nt that bad I thought. But I'll have to admit noone is like "damn your getting bigger, my girlfriend says I am but that could be sympathy. I know I'm bigger but with my diet and training I felt like it was'nt coming on like it should have. I have seen so many cyles out there its hard to tell. The only thing I can say is Deca is Test. Deca is a base drug good for cutting and bulking. There are other kinds of test to. I am looking at getting my hands on Test Cyp with Deca, and hopefully some GH. The Cyp is a bulking drug and the strongest according to Chemical Wizard. I say do a little research on winstrol and through some of that in there for cutting.

The water weight. man get your hands on some lasix. Take a pill of that a day. That stuff will keep the bloat off. I took that a couple of times and I'm going to use it when I do my big cycle.

That's just what I would do.
 
I have seen all kinds of cycles I don't know enough about test yet to run it. I have seen run sust250 twice a week with decas or eq at 400 a week some dbol eat and train grow like a weed. Pretty simple but should I cut up first?
 
for the sake of your health, don't take any steroids. you don't seem educated enough on the proper use, research, learn everything you can, then cycle. you'll benefit a hundred times more doing them right while minimizing bad side effects.
 
georgie, lasix works much longer than that. Yes 20 mg first thing in the morning can be helpful, but bear in mind it might reduce gains, since some of the water is coming from your muscles. Make sur to keep your potassium intake very high with it. I used it once when bulking when my bp got a bit high. Its also helpful when you want to go out to a club and are holding just a bit of water, that you would like to get rid of. However I don't think it is the best option for keeping water off from gear. Letro, a-dex and proviron are better choices, as well as simply consuming less sodium.

I think I am doing just fine. My education is always continueing, I do appreciate people who are helping to get the answers that I need sorry your not one of them....
 
I do alot of reading but that would be like saying hey I know your sixteen but your not educated enough to drive wait until you read and get educated alot more you may die in a car accident wait until your 19. Unless you ask questions and find out answers then try to apply them I will only be watching time fly by as I still may never know the answer.....
 
i stand by my answer to your post. you sound like you know very little about aas, that's the reason for the answer.

what question did you ask:

how to get that "huge ripped look" and avoid the fat, watery look?

that's an inexperienced person asking a poorly phrased question.

if you think your bf is high, get it tested at your gym. if you think you are much higher than 12% (which is very honest) then bulking may not be your thing. if your 20% bf your overweight, not bloated. from there, post your diet, training, and aas experience then maybe we could help you. i stand by my initial answer. stay away from aas till you know what your doing.
 
OK I am a new guy so I understand. I guess what I mean is you see the guys walk around in the gym with really know definition looks like they just shot 1000mg of test and ate anadrol all day and now hold more water then my well. I just dont want to look soft thats all. I like the quality look quality gains some definiton. Thats all I am sorry for wording it incorrectly I'm not here to argue just to learn.
 
not here to argue either.

if you want a hard, cut physique, it takes dieting year round. that's the most important part. once you control your weight anything else added to the regiment will add tons of defintion and cuts, or size if that's what your diet phase is in.

as for aas, keep it simple. test enanthate 500mg/wk, eq 400mg/wk. that will be a good cycle. use an anti-estrogen and your good.

depending upon how long you've been off, you should not start a cycle till your have been off for at least the time you were on, at least. if your using aas for cosmetic purposes only, there is no reason to cycle all year and do multiple compounds every time, it's just not necessary in my opinion. if your a serious competitior, that's a totally different thing, ends justifies the means.

this will get you the body you want, but diet is 85% of it.
 
I understand I kinda sit back and read posts from many boards alot of things are totally opp but I am not a competitor. I was on for 10 weeks and am taking more than that off I will start after the holidays. It is to help myself but I am very involved gym, diet,education of this stuff takes a lot of time but it is my body I dont want to hurt it. I just like the clean hard gains I can keep better. I'm tryin to bust my ass with the diet. I'm not leaning on aas to carry my lazy ass around trus me I see people do this all the time. I train very hard although I am curious about training while "on"..but thanks you for your help...
 
i look at it this way, my BF was high when i did my first cycle(bulk using test/deca) my friend who was much skinnier did the same exact cycle at the same time i did mine... needless to say, his gains from the visual standpoint were amazing... mine, not all that noticible... if you stuff 10lbs of sh!t into a 5lb bag, its gonna be swole busting at the seems... if you put 10lbs of sh!t into a 15lb bag, it'll fill it a lil, but not the same effect.

long story short, cardio and diet down hard until january... then run that bulk cycle but eat as clean as possible with those surplus of calories... that should work the best for your trip next year IMHO.
