I recently was looking through members before and after pics. I noticed a guy sayin he was 16% body fat and then down to like 10 or 12%. Well I'm 5'11 and weigh about 220 just came off my first cycle of deca only. Been off now a month i was'nt too happy with the results but it was deca only. I never saw any of the side effects sexual ones either excpet maybe I wanted more,anyways I was going to do deca or eq next with dbol I had thought about running test with it but I need to know more about it. I want to get that huge ripped look I don't want to be a big guy caring water weight like a rino and dropping weight like crazy when I'm off no ripped looked just puffy water weight. Should I run a mass cycle or do I need to clean up my bodyweight first. I did'nt think I was fat but some of these picks I see I must have a high bf %. I want hard clean gains but I will admit I want them as quick as I can get them. This may sound weird but I'm going to Jamaica in March and want to blow up and look the best i can. I gained like 15lbs but kept ten on the deca only cycle which is'nt that bad I thought. But I'll have to admit noone is like "damn your getting bigger, my girlfriend says I am but that could be sympathy. I know I'm bigger but with my diet and training I felt like it was'nt coming on like it should have. I have seen so many cyles out there its hard to tell.
