i use to. i havent taken creatine in a while. last time it didnt do anything, ive tried even the new creatine with No in it. i read in a mag that taking 2 or 5 grams a day is enough and you dont have to cycle it. if i can find the article ill scan it and post it for you.

I personally cycle my creatine usage because afte a while my body seems to grow a tolerance for it and it no longer seems to work that good...
