To Cut, Or Not To Cut..........

Its day 24 of my 6 week dbol cycle, I've gained a lot of mass so far - 24lbs ish. I wasn't the leanest tp start of with, my stats precycle - 188lbs, 5'10, 22, 15%bf approx, i've been training since 18. I have been on a bulking diet, 300g+ protein, 350g carbs, 120g fat approx. my bf% has increased a bit in the last 3-4 weeks, maybe a bit too much. I certainly can't afford to gain anymore fat. My question is can i cut on 20mg dbol/day, and should i use the last 18 days of this cycle to really go for max fat destruction? it was ment to be a pure bulker going into 6 weeks off with PCT then into a 6 week cutter on anavar, should i just bare with the extra fat till i cut or do it now then do a lean bulk or something next time??
 
Not on dbol alone im running it with some winny and am leaning out nicely :)
 
i hear ya bro. its too late for me to get anything else to add in anyway. what im really asking is - is it ok to get a bit of a belly in order to bulk?? if i continue to bulk i'm gonna have to live with a belly until after christmas when i'm planning to cut on var for 6 weeks. what u think?


It's fine but you will have to do A LOT more dieting and cardio when you try to lean out.
 
15% is nice bro, I'll be there in a few weeks! But I say cut during the winter like I am, and be ready for spring and summer, cutting wont be as hard! :)

I did it gained 25 pounds fast in 2 months some of which was fat didnt like having a gut so i still have a month left of my cycle so i figured id through in some dbol so i wouldnt lose anything while dieting and who knows maybe gain some muscle while at it? ;) my workouts have been insane with the winny and dbol my godddddd! :evil:
 
if your bulking keep bulking...theres no way you put on alot of keepable mass in your few weeks...the majority of it is water...keep eating and gaining and once your done with your dbol your gonna drop most the weight you are carrying...be happy if you keep a couple of the pounds
 
Not to be disrespectful bro, I know you have a LOT more experience than me and your just trying to help me out :D but i just don't believe that I'll only keep a couple of pounds.......! been on Adex 0.5mg EOD and thats keeping the bloat to a minimum. I'm much bigger and the muscle is solid :D just wish my bf% hadn't risen...... still got plenty of time to make more gains aswell. I believe that thinking negatively about the situation and starting to believe what you siad about loosing lots of mass is not the right thing to do. the mind is a powerful thing, and so is positive thought :) may i ask why you said that i will loose my gains, your reasoning??
because dbol is a crazy bloater gaining 10-15 pounds of bloat in a week isnt out of the question..your alwasy gonna get a increase in pump and strength on it but once its all over with your bloat will go away and the majority of strength will go away..you will be left over with a bit of new strength some fat and hopefully a couple pounds of muscle

wasnt meaning to be negative its just how it is...
just keep eating and lifting and once its all over do a good pct and hope for the best...

people run 2+ grams of gear hgh and a shit load of calories hoping to gain 15 pounds of muscle in a cycle.. if dbol was all we needed for true gains then nobody would do anythign other then pop 50mg a day

Cutting during the winter. That sounds like a good plan for come spring time. Just don't put on that winter chunk :(
 
Fudge Tunnel - Yeah i know I'll have to put in the work, i don't mind that bit, its just i'll be maintaining my end of cycle weight for 6 weeks during PCT, until i start my 6 week cutter. Its frustrating having all this extra muscle but lacking definition :worried: . Bulk IS my goal for this cycle though, i just don't like my bf% anymore........

Sweed - I wish i was still at 15% bro !! its crept up as i've bulked and i'm not happy about it....... I have gain A LOT of lean mass though, much more muscle than fat. Looks like i' gonna have to live with it for a while.....

C.K. - yeah bro thts roughly what i've gained and i've got 18 days left. Just can't wait to see what i look like at my 10% target bf. I havn't been any less than 13%ish since i was a kid lol. I'm gonna have 6 weeks off after i finish up on this cycle then hit a 6 week cutter with var. cut the carbs and crank up the cardio!!

Anyone got experience cutting on var alone?? would like to hear how well it worked

^^^It would help you maintain some size and strength while on a calorie deficient diet. I would personally throw in a small dose of Test to go along with it. Just remember, the anavar doesn't get rid of the fat. The amount of calories and cardio does.
 
Hayez I hear what your saying bro.......:worried: BUT..... I have also heard from plenty of bros who have made great gains on dbol only cycles, and kept most of them after :) . I'm just gonna keep doing my best and hopefully it will pay off. I will take your advice and keep training and eating for bulk, try to maximize solid gains and worry about any fat later. It is my first cycle also too and the gear will be a shock to my receptors, don;t people generally gain more on there first few cycles? the person you describe on 2+ grams has been in the game for a long time, is aleady bi etc and that would be a reason why he struggles to gain 15lbs on a hardcore cycle?
just be patient and you will see for yourself
alot of people 1st few cycles they think there gaining 20 pounds each one..cant really listen to people that say they gained 20-30 lbs off dbol only and they kept everything.. im sure your gonna put on some size..be happy and eat like a mofo..once your pct is done and your water weight is left diet a bit then bulk again
 
I'm pretty sure i read a post by RADAR saying that his first dbol cycle yielded 24lbs and he kept most of it :p
