Hi to all. I haven't been on the boards in like forever and i missed all my bros alot. Is El Cubano, Helmsman and Bouncer still around.
As for me , Scorpio and i have finally broken up. I have been crying alot but i will make it. Thanks for all the supporting e-mails you have sent me. My ass-acne has subsided considerably with the help of lancing the boils and Armidex. If you have any questions on Armidex use pls feel feel to ask me.
My training has been so-so but i'm really excited about getting into the gym again...(and the locker-room too...hehehehe)
I have some new exercizes that i want to share such as the back to back swimmer and the frontal sack pull...both great for flexibilty and penetration.
As for now i gotta get going to the gym. I will post again later tonight..... Thanks for all the encouragement from the fellow gay bros on tha board thru this difficult time.
