i need a diet that can keep me staying very lean as i am already now but put on some muscle. realisticly i think about 3 of my meals are going to be coming from protein shakes and the other 2-3 can be for you to decide, but they must be easy to make. thanks and i aprreciate any help i will recieve.
 
I don't understand. Are you waiting for someone to make a diet for you????

easy and healthy meals... tuna salad in whole wheat pita or whatever you wanna put it on, shrimp stir fry from TJ's, any stir fry for that matter... shiite man there are so many options, just figure out what macros you need...then choose foods according to nutrient breakdown.
