well that i can answer i just dont know the pt totals associated to them anymore
the top 5 titles in order:
1 mbk
2 has no more room for any damn karma
3 sold someones soul for karma
4 has gone to meet god they are gonna compare karma
5 has popped a zit and squeezed out more karma

there MAY be 10k pts in between these titles, like i said im not sure since they change the stuff around so much
