tis the season for....

A. Temps - people who are there for 2 months and because they are lazy or don't know shit about training and think they do quit after 2 months of no results

B. Bad form - not only these fuckin newbies in the gym but also the regular morons...cmon joe push out that 1,000 pound leg press for 2 inches....then you ask em to squat and they cant squat for shit...

C. BDFTs - stands for Bad Dumb Fat Trainers - lord knows i see these every day cuz i am one...yeah the ol fat house wifes will be coming out in heards (notice i used the word heard) yeah all the fuckin women who have all the money flock to them...then after training with them they come to me and ask me questions about training and nutrition...i am like look you are paying this fat dumb bitch over here...ask her...i could go on and on about this...but thats another topic

D. Magic Pills - I can see the add or sales person now...yeah dude wanna gain 50 lbs of muscle and lose 50 lbs of fat by march...take new product X...ITS the BOMB!!! ripped and huge...its the only way to go...this is about the time I whip out the ol xanax to get me through the day lol...or baseball bat...which ever is convient

E. Cardaholics - these are dumb shits who think cardio is king of em all...of course 3 months later still fat as shit and weak

F. Heard Classes - all the fat women and geeks flock to these classes...you know em as bodypump...step aerobics...RPM (spin classes)...body flow (yoga)..and the list goes on and on...funny cuz they all look the same however many months later...but damnit its fun they say...its motivating and its got good music...well hell if i was lifting some pathetic fucking weight (bodypump) 5 billion times to techno music I guess I would be having fun to...but you know what...they call it working out for a reason...ITS FUCKING WORK!!!!!! the way i look at it...is if i am gonna waste my fuckin time in a gym...i sure as hell better get results.PERIOD!
