Hey guys
Im sure most of you saw my post NEED SOME HELP PLEASE a while ago, and if you didnt well maybe you can still help.
See, Im planning on starting a fitness and health site in South Africa and am now looking for tips and ideas you guys may have that I may use on the site, for instance what you would go on a fitness, health and muscle site to find out or just browse.
