tips on clen cycle

i need some advice on taking a clen cycle. i am 5'2" and 120 pounds. i was hoping to lose weight on it, but i am not sure of how much to take, how long to take it.

i read about the two week on and two week eca, two days on two days off, and a ten week cycle with clen, t3, and ketotifen. which one produces the best affects, and how long should i take it?
