Tips for Whiter Teeth at home

Take:
3 tablesooons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
Mix in jar.

Pour mixture in palm of hand, wet with peroxide.
(Just enough to make a paste)

Brush for about 1 min, 2-3 times a week!!

Personally I use a Oral B electric toothbrush, to me those are the best. But a regular brush will work fine.
I do this and I have noticed a big difference in the color of my teeth and so has my hubby.

I have never used salt but I definitely agree with the baking soda. I use a small amount of peroxide in the mornings also and that won't hurt the enamel, Peroxide is actually a wonder product...some people even take it internally for different reasons.

my mom improrts some toothpaste from Germany, shits works pretty damn good, i use it every day before bedtime for the last 2 weeks and see results already.

What do you think is in the over the counter bleaching kits? I'll let ya'll know about the salt. This mixture was recomended by the periodontist I worked for I'll check with them tomorrow.

I use uranium oxide. Keeps my teeth perly white, the only problem is that it affects my sleeping. I glow in the dark and can't sleep well.

Any way it works for me.

One of my clients is an old school country dentist, 70 y/o. He says to use that kind of mixture or whatever with an electric toothbrush. He thinks everyone spends way too much money on toothpaste and whitening products..
