tips for getting back to the gym after being sick?

any tips for getting back in the gym after having the god damn bubonic plague for the past week? i lost some weight this past week from being sick, and i want to gain it back as soon as possible. i just fucking know when i get back in there, im going to be weak and frustrated from my 'hiatus' from the gym. im still not 100% better, but i need to get back in. tips and suggestions will be most welcome.
 
Nothing will bring the plague back quicker than returning to the gym too early. You're body's still fighting off whatever you had and lifting will hinder that process.

But if you MUST go back, don't go balls out the first day. Keep the weights lighter and don't go balls out. Give your body a chance to readjust.
