any tips for getting back in the gym after having the god damn bubonic plague for the past week? i lost some weight this past week from being sick, and i want to gain it back as soon as possible. i just fucking know when i get back in there, im going to be weak and frustrated from my 'hiatus' from the gym. im still not 100% better, but i need to get back in. tips and suggestions will be most welcome.
