my bad i didnt mean to sound like im ready to jump on anything i know to take my time with things besides i have a few sources but not the best prices but besides the point i need to be around 195 before camp in july wieght gainer is ok but i know to get fast results i need other stuff can any one help me with a good cycle ?

If you can provide an outlined diet that should get you to build muscle and tell us about your training experience. If you have proper training experience and dietary experience and put it to use, then I'll give some gear suggestions, otherwise we can give you some advice on training and eating :-)

also edit your post and make sure it doesn't look like you need a source cause you will get PMs and get scammed...
 
Eat till you cant look at food, Im bulking right now and im eatin every 2, 2 1/2 hours. Peanut Butter Sandwhiches, get sum whey protein and mix everything you can think of in it, or I guess I should ask what kind of weight u tryin to put on, lean muscle, or muscle and not to worried bout gaining some fat.

thanx for the insight yea ive already gotten emails,lol but im play college ball so my diet and weight program is there so about the other stuff let me know email me
 
You are going to get the shit spammed out of you by scammers. Either edit that sad looking for gear story or your going to get ripped off bad..
 
BTW, When you atart off a thread the way you did...you are asking to get scammed.

As far as weight gain...Eat every t 2 to 3 hours...use weight gainer shakes if you have to...but up those calories!
 
What position do u play? Like Goldprospector said eat every 2-3 hrs and add wieght gainer shakes thats what I do and i went from 270 to 300. ( i play ot tho, so its all good when i add wieght )
