Time to get my body back

I am not willing to divulge any of that onformation at this moment. With the before and after pics I will post my weights and bf %. Any body up for a best transformation contest?

my arms are the first to go when i stop working out. I been slacking for the last year so im down to like 16.5-17". For me to gain muscle while getting lean i gotta do 2 things.

1. morning cardio
2. alot of steroids.

LOL! Yeah my whole no more juice is being changed to I am only allowed to do 1 cycle a year. When you starting and what are you running?

started last week

test e 500mg
dbol 30mg
eq 400mg week and some letrozole to keep estrogen down.

this is my first cycle in a pretty long time. I honestly dont see me stopping the Test/eq until late summer.

Don't hate Woot...what's the word on the Z?

NJ - I want to run test, fina, and deca or EQ. I don't have it all together yet but then again I don't plan on starting the juice for another 6 weeks. I have been back in the gym for a week.

I might be up for that. I'll tell you now that I'm in WAY worse shap than you. I had some family problems that kept me from the gym and I wound up going on about a year break. I'm a turd right now, but I wanna get my physique back.

The challenge could be interesting. I'll have another beer and think about that.

All I am saying is small and weak bro. I would say I have not had a consistent stint in the gym since june/july!
 
OK Bobber, we're on about the same time frame then, though It's been a little longer for me.

Hidngod, sounds cool. The problem with me is that while I'm sure I can make some headway in 3 to 4 months, I wont be anywhere near where I know I can be. Instead of being a turd, I'll look like a turd in recovery.

You guys tell me, what would be a good time frame for a 'most improved'?
 
BB- My event is in April sometime so that is what I am shooting for, but we can come up with a unified date.

If we can set a deadline after April, maybe June 1, then I'm in. Does this mean I have to stop drinking beer every day?

Sounds like a contest then. We could have 2 different comparative catagories. Losing fat, & bulking up.
We'll have to decide on a date. Even though my target is in March sometime, we could do it later.
Winner gets an all expense paid trip to Narnia.

Just checking. I'm not in TX but I definitely (so I'm told) have a drawl and when I visit my GF in the Midwest, half the people love to hear me talk and the other half don't know what I'm saying.

Back to the point of this thread, Hidngod- I think your right, we should consider weight lost, weight gained, and overall general improvement. This thread is really ironic b/c I've been facing a similar conviction as Bobber and actually took B4 pics of myself last night. They were pretty disgusting.

You guys work out the details. I understand Bobber has the April deadline and Hidngod is heading to FL, so that has to be taken into consideration. I feel like I'd like about 60 more days, but maybe I'll be surprised with the progress I make and will be cool with April. Think it over and post up what y'all think is reasonable. Remember, I have a definite advantage in that I am in grossly worse shape than you cats combined. I got nowhere to go but up:)

I'm signing off for the night, early day tomorrow. I'll check in first thing to see what ideas we have. Til then

at this point in my foiked up post-Katrina life...i'd settle for either one.

I was given a membership at the local gym which has really gotten me motivated once again.

I began on Jan 1(how stereotypical)...Im so there......I was out of the gym for 7 months due to job and personal reasons. After my first chest and back workout, I was literaly crippled from the soreness.


Let me know any dates for having pics etc as I am snapping some each week



Began at 212 and 14ish percent
 
same here, shadow....between house renovation and the bitch katrina arriving and her aftermath, i avoid mirrors.

the good news is the house is almost ready for move in, and my gym has gotten all the storm damage repaired.

back to lifting weights instead of two by fours next month!!!!!
