Alright guys Im cutting in TWO days! I have two days left of my PCT from a 10 week Test E 500mg a week went from 189lbs to 220lbs, and I'm still 220 lbs after PCT. I took Osta 25mg a day, UNLEASHED/POST CYCLE + Forma + Clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5. Dropped calories in the last week by a little to get ready for cutting.

Now My cutting is gonna look like this:
SUPPLEMENTS:
Week 1 - 2 Alburtol (up to 8mg x 2 a day)
2 - 4 Yohimbine HLC (up to 20mg)
Continious ... (Taken in the morning before my cardio on an empty stomach for 30 mins 4 days LISS and 2 days HILT (20 min)
This will also include
1 - 8: S4 (25mg x 2 a day)
1 - 8 Osta 25mg a day
9 - 11 (Mini - PCT)

Maybe HCGenerate throughout?

Diet:
Breakfast
4 eggs + 1 Scoop Protein Shake

Mid:
2 x Can of Tomato and Capers Tuna

Lunch:
150g Chicken + Greens

Mid:
2 x Can of Tomato and Capers Tuna

Dinner:
150g Chicken + 1 x Tlbspoon Power Butter

Workout:
1 Scoop Protein Shake Pre
2 Scoop Protein Shake Post + 1 x Tlbspoon Power Butter

Total: 292 g Protein Carbs 40 – 50g Fats 30 g

A Refeed Day will be done every 2nd week

Aim:
Lose atleast 2.2 LBS a week whilst preserving as much muscle as possibleuntil 10% BF thats about 176lbs

Thanks man muchly appreciated, well i guess the skim milk has a lil fat, and I might add another tablesppoon or two with peanut butter :)
 
You need more fats like stated above u want the idea behind keto is making your body use fat as is main source of energy so when u drop carbs low fats should be upped.

Best bets: nuts! Coconut oil (every athlete should have this in their diet) salmon! Olive oil

Dairy is good but you have to becareful cause it will kick you out of ketosis
 
During a keto diet the majority of your calories should come from fat. Also the recommended carb intake Is <25g I believe.
