Time Off ???

I'm starting my first cycle of AAS next monday (April 8th). I have been traning non-stop for about 1 year and 3 months (seriously for about 8 months). My question is: Would it be a good idea to take 1 week off training (from april 1-7), then start training and do my first injection on the 8th?
any responses would be appreciated

Yes that would be a good idea..

I take 1 full relaxing week off every 8-10 weeks of training.. after the week off I switch routines..

I have 3 kickass routines and I "cycle" them every 8 weeks with a week off inbetween.

If you've only been training - "seriously for about 8 months". I don't think you have any business taking steroids.

Although genarr3 may have a very valid point, I know that that won't deter you from taking them anyway. But, as far as off time, I tend to listen to my body. My body usually tells me when I need a break. I'll get lethargic and that's my cue to take a few off. Usually I'll take about 5-7 days off, but it's not on a set schedule. I've actually gone a whole year without taking time off and I've also gone a year with taking time off 3 times. I think that it all depends on how well you know what your body is telling you.

yes genarr3 your point is very good, however that was not my question. I have been doing my research on AAS for a couple of months, and now i feel that i'm ready to start. I've talked to experienced people and read articles. I asked questions and more questions. anyways thanks for your comment but i would much rather prefer if you comment on the question i posted earlier
no offense man and thanks anyway. :)

I do agree with gnarr3 but atleast you responded in a decent way and aren't giving 'tude like the other newbies that show up.
