time off after a six weeker

i have just finished a six weeker. had blood tests done today week after cessation of cycle and wil get results next week. If results are all ok when would be healthy to start up again. four week, six weeks, eight weeks???

a general rule of thumb is time on = time off
this would mean you take the next 6 weeks off after completing your 6 week cycle. I hope you have included PCT in your cycle.

Generally, time on = time off

My rule, time on = time off + 2 weeks

my pct is nolva for three weeks, igf for 25 days at 40mcg a day and trib for a month.
i`ll prob have eight weeks off to be safe..

I would definitely take 8 weeks off
