It's hard to say for sure...
You are talking about two types of thyroid suppression.. One is lack of t4 to t3 conversion that DNP causes.. Most guys will tell you that it takes 5 days at eating at or above maintenance calories to restore conversion.. But this time is increased with DNP use. The reason why is b/c when you stop taking DNP, it takes time for it to fully leave your body to a point where glycogen stores can be replenished enough to restore conversion. Most guys feel they are fully "compensated" about two weeks after DNP. So it may take up to two weeks to fully restore t4 conversion..
The other type of supression is caused from exergeneous t3. This haults t4 synthesis.. So in essence, when you overdo it with the t3 while on DNP, not only is t4 synthesis reduced, but it's conversion to t3 also..
This is pure guesswork but I'd say, depending on how long you took the t3 for, after two weeks, you might be back to normal..
