Tightness in lower back

I'm starting week 5 of my cycle. I am currently running Test e for 10 weeks at 500mg per week and t-bol at 30 mg a day for the first 5 weeks. I have already gained 25 pounds and pretty decent strength. The only thing that has gone wrong is that my lower back is really tight. I feel it almost all the time and sometime it's so tight that it starts to hurt. I don't think it's my liver or anything because I feel it in my muscles. I was just wondering if this is normal or if I am doing anything wrong. This is my first cycle.
 
Yeah buddy that is what you call a muscle pump. Nothing to worry about. It will go away as you near the end of your cycle. I use to get real bad ones when I use Test suspension an Anadrol

Your liver is not in your lower back, so you shouldn't worry. Kidneys, that's a different story.

I would suggest some good deep-tissue massage (not happy ending) with a pro. chiropractor.
 
How much water are you drinking? You should be drinking 1 1/2-2 gallons/day. I am running 50mgs/day of naps (dbol) and have zero back pumps. I did increase my water intake to over 2 gallons per day.
 
welcome to the wonderful world of back pumps....i get them on Test as well, especially after about the 4th set of squats or deadlifts.....warm bathes or a hot tub if you have access, would help relax the muscle....i get in my hot tub everynight for about 20 minutes after i do back or legs

I posted asking the same question a week or two back ... since then i've up'ed my water intake to well over a gallon and a half a day ...

My back feels much better ...
 
Agreed, bump up H20 intake.

I get those damn back lower back pumps occasionally, weird since I'm not supplementing or increasing my own natural T levels.

Maybe my body produces super T Levels :evil:

yeah i'm drinking about a galln a day, but sometimes I'm not able to get the whole gallon down. so i guess I will just make it a point to drink more water...thank you
