Some one please explain to me what a Low TSH indicates with a high T4 and vice versa. Also what are the cases of hypo thyroidism cant it be anything really?

also if your TSH is low and your Free T4 is high, its possible but highly unlikely that you are hypothyrodic.

a basic guideline is a seesaw
tsh goes down, t4 goes up
vice versa

very suppressed tsh points to hyperthyroid not hypo

but its more complicated then that when all the numbers are factored in
