Thyroid Test?

When you have blood work done for preventative heart reasons do they test your thryoid or do you have to have that test done seperatly? I messed with some t-3 a year and a half ago and want to make sur emy thyroid is fine. My blood work came back fine but I'm, not sure if Thryoid was tested, any insight?

Would you gain wait if your thryoid was fucked up or just have trouble losing it?
