thyroid support during starvation diet

what supp's are available that will help with thyroid during extreme dieting?? or is a small dose of t-3 or t-4 enough??

Long-term consistent use of ECA will help to suspend or even increase both the T4->T3 conversion rate and the rate of fat burning. It will help the most for about the first two months of use. If you get really lean or really start to starve yourself I think the only option is some kind of hard core diet drug drug like T3, clen, DNP, etc. (I have never used anything hardcore, so I don't know what to pick). I have read that certain prohormones will help to retain lean mass and/or strength (1-test for mass, 3-alpha for strength, both for hardness). I think you are better off not going on a starvation diet unless it is necessary for a show or something, because starvation dieting will lead to a susequent rebound. This rebound could lead to some muscle growth as in the ABCDE diet, but I think a lot of fat-gain is also inevitable.

It isnt good to take thyroid. You don't need it it will eat away your muscles even if you juice. Just do extra cadio the fat will aventually come off. As with a starvation diet when you get back on to a normal diet only increase it by 400-500 calories a week keep up the cardio and ease into carbs. If your thyroid slows down its for a reason and you dont want to burn muscle that is why it slows down, that is a good thing not a bad thing, if you need to take 2 weeks off and eat carbs normal dont gain more than 2 lbs then go back on your diet.
