Three weeks in and up 7lbs....

Hey guys, thought i might share a little about my cycle. Here is my cycle:

Test E..........12 weeks 500mg/week
Deca............12 weeks 400mg/week
Dbol.............1-5 weeks at 30mg/ed
Dbol.............11-14 weeks at 30mg/ed

PCT:
Week 6:.........500iu/day for 10 days
Week 12:........500iu/day HCG for 10 days, 20mg Nolva/day
Week 13:........20mg Nolva/day
Week 14:........100mg/day Clomid, 20mg Nolva/day
14-16:............50mg/day Clomid, 20mg Nolva/day

I started at 180, and now I am up 7lbs to 187 and my bf has dropped also, kinda werid that it has dropped considering how much i am eating. My strength has gone up very rapidly, and I don't even think the Test and Deca has kicked in yet. I am hungry all the time, and focused as hell in the gym. That is all i can think about when i am in school, is my next kick ass workout. My muscles seem to never get tired and when they do, they recover quick as hell. It is hard to take days off, cuz i always want to be in there. Anyways i am starting to ramble just wanted to share a little of my journey. Thanks radar, needsize, satch, chefbone, and all the others that helped put my diet and cycle in place for me. I will keep this updated about every week. Thanks once again.

14 weeks of dbol? Whats up with that? You really think you will get anything out of the dbol after like 8 weeks at 30mg?...Which one told you to do dbol 14 weeks. Now i am curious and what's the purpose of it? Cuz maybe i am missing something here... :worried:
 
Will do guys, had my first bad case of night sweats last night, shit pisses me off, but o well it is all worth it to me.
 
yeah good job with the gains keep it rolling....you should really blow up when the test and deca kick in full strength....

I fukn hate those...but as you said its worth it. Keep kickin ass...looks like this run will be a great one. Stay focused and you'll git er done!!!

Thanks fellas, today is chest day, and i can't wait to get in there and tear up my chest....i will let ya know how it goes later on tonight. I am not gonna weigh in again till next week, i am gonna weight every week instead of doing it everyday, that way i will be happier :)
 
Cycle looks good. There's a good chance that the weight, for now, is water; strength and attitude from the dbol. You'll really like it when the deca and test kick in. You said it's all you think about in school....? Is this high school or college?

Well just got of the gym on chest day and all i can say is DAMN!!! My sets on bench were nuts....I am doing 3x5 for the past couple weeks, and today was the best yet. I was at 225, 235, 245, and then i did 275 three times with ease. My strength on all my lifts were up and never diminished throughout the whole workout, even the pumps were insane i was able to get full contraction and range of motion throughout. Thought i would keep it updated like i said i would. Look forward to arm day tommorrow, won't weigh till next week. Thanks for the support guys...

I know that is one of the things that keeps me drivin is knowing that the best is yet to come. DAMN i am addicted to this lifestyle more than ever now!

Here it is so to speak, with few changes...:

7:30- 6 egg whites+one yolk;2 cups of oatmeal

9:15- 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey+1 scoop casein muscle milk

12:15- 2 chicken breast, bananna, rice, carrots, broc.

2:30- 2 scoops Whey, cup of oatmeal, peach

3:30- 2 chicken breast, 2 rice cakes

5:00- either chicken or steak, sweet potato, rice, carrots, broc.

7:00- cup of oats, tuna or salmon

8:00(pre-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, tlsb of glutamine

9:30(post-workout)- 2 scoops Whey, one scoop casein, amino fuel

10:30(bedtime)- tslb of pb on wheat, 2 scoops of casein(milk)


I try to consume a cup and a half of rice three times a day, along with every meal that i have red meat or chicken. I don't eat for taste, i eat for energy and protein. I really don't care if things are bland or not, i just get what i need in my body. It took alot for me to be disciplined about how i eat, and now that i am there, I plan on staying there. Chefbone helped me out with my diet, he is a good bro when it comes to this.

That is EXACTLY how I feel about my diet!
 
Tonight is arms, I have been jacked all day thinking about how many different ways i can break my muscles down in my arms! Anyways, I am gonna weight tonight since today is the last shot of my 4th week, so we will see, hopefully i will see more gains...Be back later to tell ya how it goes.
 
Got done with arms today, workout was extended about 30 more minutes due to the fact that I didn't wanna leave. My forearms, biceps, and triceps were so pumped i could hardly make a fist! Weighed in tonight at 190, so up ten, not too bad, but look forward to the next couple weeks when the test and deca kick in real good. Well i am gone to drink my shake before bed, got an early class. I will keep it updated as i go along. Thanks fellas....
 
nice to see someone doing their homework!!! that's a nice looking cycle and diet! Do you know your BF% before you started, it just says 180lbs. This is your first cycle???
 
Yeah this is my first cycle, when i started my bf% was probaly around 12-13% but now it is dropping, not planned on it due to this being a bulker, but it is nice....
 
Tonight was shoulders and back. I have had a shoulder problem in the past from baseball, and there was a certain weight that i would get to on military press that would send pain down my whole arm....well tonight i was healed! I was able to get past my plateau i guess you could call it, and bust 5 strong sets with weight above and beyond before. (Used to be 185 would cause pain, tonight 185,185,195,195,205 were my sets) I was able to use the weighted belt on pull ups, for the first time ever. (never was a big fan of them until this year) So needless to say my strength was great and still improves every workout. I will weigh in tommorrow, sorry if I ramble on fellas this is kinda of a log for me to look back at after my cycle is done.
 
Tonight i found out how bad back pumps could be. I was crippled by them, i couldn't move, but i eventually said fuck it and just delt with the pain. Workouts are still intense strength hasn't stopped going up yet. I haven't weighed yet, hopefully i will see 200 come monday. I would be happy if i gained what i had now, due to the fact that i am a hardgainer. Anyways, tommorrow is chest and i am already anxious. I will update tommorrow. Later bros...
